Full-Time Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Clinical Specialist I

• Develop and update compliance templates, policies, checklists, and competency assessments.
• Research, interpret, and link federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
• Create healthcare policies and resources using both regulatory knowledge and AI tools.
• Maintain taxonomy and metadata standards for efficient organization of compliance documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance projects.
• Take initiative to improve processes, while adapting quickly to new priorities and technologies.

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Mexico (Required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related health sciences (Required).
• Master’s degree in Nursing or related field (Preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, or related).
• Experience as a mentor, supervisor, or in clinical improvement projects.
• Exposure to compliance or privacy programs involving regulations and standards of care.
• Experience creating policies, procedures, or compliance documents (preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools for professional or personal use (preferred).
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance practices, and patient care standards.
• Ability to analyze and apply regulations to develop actionable resources.
• Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment, and accountable for daily progress.
