As a solutions consultant, you will play a critical role in the sales process by demonstrating the value of MedTrainer's platform to prospective healthcare clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex compliance and credentialing challenges into scalable solutions using MedTrainer's technology.
Your ability to engage, educate, and consult with stakeholders will be key in driving new business and expanding our customer base.
- Lead product demonstrations tailored to healthcare organizations, showcasing MedTrainer's learning, compliance, and credentialing solutions.
- Partner with sales executives to identify client pain points and align solutions to their needs.
- Customize presentations and ROI discussions for decision-makers, including HR, compliance, and credentialing teams.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and address industry-specific challenges.
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends to guide client conversations.
- Assist in RFPs, technical questions, and proof-of-concept implementations when needed.
Experience:
- Two or more years in SaaS sales, pre-sales consulting, or healthcare technology experience (learning, compliance, or credentialing experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, credentialing, or workforce training.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with C-level and department leaders.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and articulate business value.
- Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce and virtual sales tools such as Zoom or Gong.
