Full-Time Support Specialist Radiotherapy

Brainlab is seeking a Support Specialist to support Radiosurgery and Radiotherapy customers from a home office in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installations of radiotherapy and radiosurgery products in assigned area and other European countries.
• Execute service and installations of radiotherapy/radiosurgery products.
• Troubleshoot and repair products independently.
• Provide on-site guidance to physicians and physicists for efficient use of Brainlab oncology solutions.
• Effectively communicate with customers to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform routine calibrations and preventative maintenance.
• Deliver high-level customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Physics, Physics, or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, networks, and IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of medical linear accelerators or X-ray imaging systems is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High flexibility and ability to travel 70%.
