Full-Time Product Assessor - Soft Tissue

Product Assessor will conduct comprehensive assessments of Cardiovascular and Soft Tissue products ensuring technical file reviews adhere to all applicable requirements (MDR, MDD, UKCA for Class IIa/IIb and/or Class III devices).

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring assessments are technically sound and compliant with regulations.
• Supporting CE marking activities.
• Contributing to junior staff training (material creation).
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients regarding product assessments, minimizing risks.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in healthcare products (design, manufacturing, regulation, auditing, or research).
• Specific experience with Cardiovascular and Soft Tissue devices.
• Preferred: Experience conducting Cardiovascular and Soft Tissue Product Assessments for another Certification/Notified body (Technical File reviewer).
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (medicine, pharmacy, engineering, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (especially electronic mediums).
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• In-depth knowledge of medical devices within specific non-active categories (MDN 1104-1214).
