The Talent Administrator & Coordinator provides administrative support to the talent acquisition process, handling pre-hire and post-hire activities. It involves various logistical and recruitment tasks for a specific client program or team.
Work Location: USA
Work Arrangement: Full remote
Work Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm, PST
Specific requirements: Phone screening, ATS use, and recruitment healthcare background are beneficial.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Complete and review screening assessments and candidate documents, determining suitability for the position
- Develop interview schedules to evaluate qualified candidates
- Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, etc.)
- Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Keep the recruitment team informed of progress, escalating concerns or obstacles
- Provide additional administrative support to the recruitment team
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in business or office environment
- Customer service or administration experience preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
- Interest in recruitment
Salary: $28,000 - $45,000 (depending on experience, geography, and industry knowledge)
