HR Analyst
Wisetack, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Analyst to join our People team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key HR tools (ChartHop, Lattice, Sequoia, Carta).
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for headcount, attrition, DEI, engagement, compensation, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate PEO performance, identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership on core processes.
- Stay updated on HR tech trends and vendor landscape.
- Partner with PEO to ensure compliance.
- Assist with audits, maintain compliance documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with ChartHop, Lattice (or similar HR platforms).
- Familiarity with PEOs, multi-state compliance (especially Sequoia).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF statements).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Process-improvement mindset with a curiosity for systems and tools.

Salary: $70,800 - $99,100 (base), plus equity and benefits.
