Massive Bio is looking for an HR and Operations Specialist for our US HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in domestic and international recruitment processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management processes
- Coordinate employee benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources and HR operations
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Solid understanding of US labor legislation and payroll processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
