Job Details
We’re looking for an HR Apprentice to join our growing team and support the development of our Learning & Development, Skills Management, and Talent Management initiatives.
You’ll work closely with our L&D Manager and other team members to help design, launch, and coordinate key people projects.
Learning & Development
- Contribute to designing simple, effective processes to improve the learner experience and support the growth of our learning culture.
- Play an active role in launching our new Learning Management System (LMS), making it accessible and valuable for all employees.
- Organize and support training sessions and learning events, managing invites, logistics, materials, and feedback.
- Help roll out structured learning programs such as onboarding, leadership training, and soft skills development.
- Keep our learning data and tools up to date and well maintained.
Skills Management
- Assist in mapping existing and needed skills across the organization, identifying development gaps.
- Support tracking of training needs and development goals across teams.
- Help align learning initiatives with the real skills needed to support business growth.
Talent Management
- Support the implementation of Talent Management practices, such as development planning and performance discussions.
- Assist with talent review processes and employee growth initiatives.
- Help prepare and share clear internal communications about talent-related timelines and tools.
Cross-Functional Projects
- Contribute to wider People & Culture projects, including initiatives focused on culture, engagement, and change management.
- Gain exposure to different areas of HR based on your learning goals and evolving interests.
Qualifications
- Master’s student in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent & Skills Management
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with digital tools (incl. Microsoft Office) and fast learner
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level mandatory)
- Able to work well both independently and in a team, in a fast-growing environment
