As the People Partner for Catch22, you will provide proactive and forward-thinking HR service to the business, acting as an internal consultant. Your role involves influencing, identifying, and maximizing opportunities to improve people capability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting business areas with specialist coaching, support, and advice to effectively deliver people and business plans.
- Providing specialist HR advice on policies, procedures, best practices, employment legislation, and local arrangements.
- Supporting delivery of the HR strategy and evolving partnering model.
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the People Team, operational hubs, and wider business, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Supporting the business in employee relations, development, reward, engagement, and resourcing.
- Providing business support to nominated areas and providing cover to other areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Level 7 CIPD qualification or proven experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, and practical implications for managing the employment relationship.
- Excellent knowledge of TUPE regulations, processes, risks, and opportunities.
- Awareness of current HR field developments, organizational development processes, health & safety practice as it relates to HR.
Salary: Up to £50,000 FTE per annum
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: Hybrid working; minimum expectation of working in Brasted, Kent and London offices at least once per month. Occasional travel to national sites.
