As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a partner for the assigned business unit(s). You are the link between management, HR and employees to develop, implement and iteratively follow up (corporate) strategy HR programs and initiatives, with the aim of helping to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships and trust with managers, acting as a strategic advisor on strategic projects.
- Have conversations with employees, supporting onboarding, career discussions, etc.
- Take initiatives and formulate recommendations for retention policy.
- Supervise organizational changes as a change agent.
- Facilitate, advise, and support managers in building productive teams.
- Support, challenge, and coach first-line management.
- Find solutions to complex HR issues with Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Internal Communication.
- Implement, coordinate, and optimize HR policies and guidelines.
- Act as process controller and consultant for management.
- Manage innovative HR projects (Agile approach).
- Follow HR developments, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or university degree in HR.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including an HRBP role.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
