As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a partner for the assigned business unit(s). You are the link between management, HR and employees to develop, implement and iteratively follow up (corporate) strategy HR programs and initiatives, with the aim of helping to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong business relationships and trust with managers.
- Acting as a strategic advisor for managers regarding strategic projects.
- Having conversations with employees (onboarding, career, reorientation).
- Taking initiatives for retention policy.
- Supervising organizational changes.
- Facilitating and advising managers in building productive teams.
- Supporting, challenging and coaching first-line management.
- Finding solutions to complex HR issues.
- Implementing, coordinating and optimizing HR policies.
- Taking on HR project management roles (Agile).
- Following HR trends and best practices.
