Full-Time HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner role is critical for organizational and team success. This role involves understanding staff motivators and team dynamics, program development, staff relations, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Act as a point of contact for staff relations matters.
• Partner with individual contributors and leaders.
• Navigate between tactical and strategic priorities.
• Build relationships with leaders, offering insights on people-related strategy.
• Own the staff experience from onboarding to offboarding.
• Guide and influence leaders on talent-related matters.
• Bring business intelligence to People & Culture leadership.
• Apply knowledge in performance management, succession planning, and staff relations.
• Implement solutions that support business growth.
• Lead people-centric initiatives like performance evaluations and engagement surveys.
• Anticipate team needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Create effective HR programs with a focus on high adoption.
• Navigate the HRIS (HiBob) and facilitate the adoption of the people engagement platform (15Five).
• Be the HR point of contact within assigned groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 4+ years of experience in an HR role.
• 2+ years of HR experience within the tech industry or a start-up environment.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability and flexibility.
• Experience in diagnosing and building leadership team capabilities.
• Comfortable working within US employment regulations.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
