HR Business Partner

Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role:
- Business Partnership: Build strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to create and execute organizational and people strategies. Partner with leaders to evaluate and positively impact organizational health utilizing data (survey scores, turnover data, promotion rates, etc.)
- Record Keeping: Update employee reference materials and websites. Maintain employee records and assist in data analysis for reporting purposes. Update shared resources to properly reflect changes and updates in the organization.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on HR trends and legislation to ensure compliance.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management: Address employee relations issues. Provide guidance to employees (exit interviews, standard Short-Term Disability, FMLA options, and ADA Accommodations). Support the onboarding facilitation for new employees. Coach both managers and employees in resolving workplace conflicts and disputes. Collaborate with HR leaders and management to find effective solutions. Manage the full offboarding process. Facilitate performance management conversations, ensuring engagement and retention of top performers.
- Strategic HR and Corporate Wide Initiatives: Support the implementation of HR strategies that will align across one Resultant (performance management, career model, etc.). Contribute to process improvements within the HR function. Support key HR initiatives (Open Enrollment, Annual Performance Reviews, Employee Resource Groups, etc.). Assist in drafting, reviewing, and sending communications to employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- 2-3 years' experience in HR (preferred).
- SHRM, PHR certification (preferred).
- Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience utilizing HR technology (ADP preferred).
- Resourceful, self-starter, and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
