About the Role: Our People & Culture Team seeks a bi-lingual HRBP to shape our remote-first, global organization. This role blends strategic HR leadership with operations to align with business goals and foster a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management guidance.
- Headcount planning, individual growth opportunities, performance management, and annual review cycle.
- Organizational structure design, role optimization, change management.
- Compensation and benefits development and administration with the recruitment team.
- Fostering a positive and inclusive culture, promoting employee engagement and DEI initiatives.
- Managing HRIS systems and guiding operations on employee records, compliance.
- Developing HR policies and procedures aligned with Sahara AI values.
- Building collaboration and communication within our global, remote team.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years HR/People Operations/HRBP experience, preferably in a high-growth, remote-first, or global tech environment.
- 2-3 years team management experience (Web3, AI, deep tech experience a plus).
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Understanding of remote-first working practices and global HR compliance.
- Proven track record of building/scaling people programs/HR teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Pacific Time zone preferred.
