Responsibilities:
- Design and implement career growth frameworks, leveling matrices, and salary structures.
- Oversee 360-degree feedback cycles and ensure actionable career development plans.
- Partner with L&D to develop learning tracks and monitor program adoption.
- Work with leadership on talent reviews, promotions, and succession planning.
- Define development paths aligned with company objectives.
- Assess training effectiveness and refine learning programs.
- Support hiring and onboarding strategies.
- Drive engagement and retention initiatives.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring valuable insights.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HRBP in a high-growth, international environment.
- Proven track record in levelling, performance management, L&D, and career pathing.
- Strong experience working with diverse team dynamics.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English. IT, SaaS, or fintech experience preferred.
