The position is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the most effective HR strategies for Local Status Employees to support the company’s growth and development.
Partnering with business leaders: Implements consistent and fair employment conditions and practices in compliance with international HR standards, local labor laws, and regulations.

- Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management
- Forecasting and managing HR related costs
Required Experience & Skills:
- Over 20 years of professional experience, including more than 10 years in HR.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Strong forecasting and cost management skills related to HR.
- Knowledge of labor laws (e.g., payment of wages under the Labor Standards Act, work agreements).

- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Education and Language Requirements:
- Native Japanese and business-level English.
