Job Details
As the People Partner, you will provide a proactive and forward-thinking HR service, operating as an internal consultant to improve people capability and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Providing specialist coaching, support, and advice to enable effective delivery of people and business plans.
- Giving specialist HR advice in relation to all HR policies and procedures.
- Supporting the delivery of the HR Strategy.
- Maintaining excellent working relationships across the People Team and the business.
- Supporting the business in key areas of employee relations, development, reward, engagement, and resourcing.
- Providing business support to nominated business areas and cover to other areas as needed.
Requirements:
- Level 7 CIPD or proven experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent knowledge of TUPE regulations.
- Understanding of organisational development processes.
- Awareness of Health & Safety practice as it relates to HR.
