Human Resources Consultant is a full-time, contracted position supporting the HR needs of Parfum Christian Dior's first free-standing boutique in Montreal, Quebec. This role will lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing HR support through store opening.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts (sourcing to offer), with current market & competitor knowledge.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring success prior to store opening (partnering with payroll/benefits).
- Advise on Canadian labor laws, specifically in Quebec, maintaining compliance.
- Provide support and communication in French for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support store opening HR needs, e.g., uniform expectations.
- Conduct other job-related activities.
