Human Resources Coordinator at ATPCO
Provides administrative support to various HR functions, including benefits, compensation, HRIS, employee relations, training, and recruiting.
- Administers benefits programs.
- Manages leave processes (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
- Ensures compliance with policies and legal requirements.
- Serves as key contact for employee benefits inquiries and assists with open enrollment.
- Facilitates employee recognition and engagement.
- Supports employee engagement initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Assists HRBPs.
- Supports ODL with training programs.
- Assists with recruiting and onboarding.
- Maintains accurate benefits and compensation records.
- Maintains HR documentation (employee records, benefits enrollment, leave requests).
- Updates policies, tracks performance evaluations.
