We are seeking a top-notch Human Resources Coordinator.
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of HR processes. The role requires excellent attention to detail in coordinating and administering HR resources, handling confidential information.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assists with recruitment, ATS (Lever) administration, interview coordination, candidate communication, offer letter preparation, new hire paperwork, pre-boarding communications, background checks, onboarding processes (orientation, manager training, Teamwork task list setup), I-9 and eVerify compliance, monitoring careers inbox, maintaining job descriptions.
- Benefits: First point of contact for benefit questions, annual enrollment assistance, benefits training, leave of absence and accommodation requests.
- Payroll: Process employee changes (terminations, promotions, status changes, transfers), monitor mail inbox, assist with bi-monthly payroll processing.
- Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR mail (opening, distributing, and actioning), prepare reports/presentations, manage HR calendar, employee birthday and anniversary lists, employee information sheet, HubDB table, onboarding/offboarding tracker, maintain HR items in shared folders (Paylocity, Tettra, Google Workspace).
- Communications & Culture: First point of contact for employee inquiries, ordering employee gifts, sending/posting HR communications/trainings/documentation/surveys, assist with company event planning.
- Compliance: Maintain Labor Law Poster compliance, assist with audits and compliance reviews, conduct sick time and timecard audits, assist with Worker Compensation processes.
- Other: Other responsibilities as assigned, compliance with all local, state, and federal laws/regulations, company policies, maintaining confidentiality.
