The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR records.
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding.
- Process compliance paperwork.
- Assist with benefits administration.
- Maintain corporate records.
- Liaise with government agencies.
- Manage government remittances.
- Prepare compliance documents.
- Complete HR/Admin projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate administration.
- Familiarity with government agencies (SEC, BIR, etc.).
- Experience handling HR for a US-based team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Philippine corporate law.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Paylocity).
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
