Job Summary:
Provides coordination and administration support for the HR function, managing the process and producing documentation for job offers, new starters, leavers, probations and promotions.
Takes ownership for the Jira ticketing system.
Supports the HR Business Partner and Business Unit Leaders with employee-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRBP and assist in delivering end-to-end global employment cycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, training and recruitment).
- Oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits and initiatives and HR administrative operations.
- Maintain HR employee records, update HRIS databases, prepare/amend HR documents and provide HR reporting.
- Assist HRBP in reviewing and renewing company policies, employee handbook and compliance records.
- Support Business Unit managers with employee-related engagement projects and communication initiatives.
- Assist in delivering HR initiatives to strengthen employer brand.
- Provide additional support to Talent Acquisition and Global HR team.
- First point of contact for all HR queries via Jira.
- Manage process and issue documentation relating to: Offers of employment, employment contracts, onboarding contractors/permanent staff, resignation acceptance, probations, promotions, salary increases, reference requests.
- Maintain/update HRIS records (UKG).
- Assist with HR annual goals and strategic projects.
