We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless processes, accurate data management, and the tracking of key metrics.
The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in scheduling and coordinating recruitment activities, managing HR systems, overseeing calendars, and contributing to various HR initiatives.
- Recruiting Support:
- Coordinate calls and interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.
- Generate recruiting-related reports as needed.
- HR Systems and Data Management:
- Update and manage user data across HR systems, including TalentLMS (Training), Webwork (Time-Tracking), and Lattice (Performance Management).
- Ensure the organizational chart is accurate and up-to-date, including team member photos.
- Calendar Management:
- Create and maintain company calendars, such as the holiday calendar and payroll schedule.
- Manage the employee events calendar, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and company-wide events.
- HR Communication and Materials:
- Assist in drafting HR-related email communications and designing templates using Canva.
- Review, update, and create HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they reflect current practices and policies.
- HR Case Management:
- Lead the Case Management project, from testing to successful implementation.
- Manage HR cases through the case management system (Jira).
- Receive, respond to, assign, and track HR inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools (e.g., ATS, LMS, or CMS software).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
