Key Responsibilities:
- EOR Employee Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, offboarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration for employees in France.
- Support & Consultation: Providing high-level support and guidance as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Administrative Support: Generating reports, employment verification letters, and managing HRIS data.
- Creating Scalable Systems: Helping the product and operations team design and implement systems to support ongoing growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in International HR.
- Strong fluency in English and French.
- Understanding of HR regulations in France.
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, or similar ticketing tools.
