Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support employees and clients. You will guide employees throughout their employment lifecycle and support clients with their HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employment lifecycle aspects with global teams (Immigration, Payroll) and external parties.
- Provide expert support to clients on benefits, international payroll, expenses, etc.
- Drive employee satisfaction and retention, maintaining a customer-service mindset.
- Increase client satisfaction with quick onboarding and timely resolutions.
- Manage and audit HR records, ensuring compliance with local employment law and Collective Agreements.
- Identify potential issues, support root cause analysis, and ensure resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of regional HR experience
- Fluency in Dutch and business proficiency in English
- Conflict handling and resolution skills
- Experience in employment law
- Interest in international business
- Experience working within EOR or HR Outsourcing
- Experience working through CRM systems
