Job Details
- Processing HR-related payments in 1C
- Collecting and verifying primary data for reporting
- Preparing monthly plan vs. actual analysis
- Participating in quarterly budgeting preparation
- Supporting the calculation and monitoring of the HR budget (20+ departments, 20+ expense categories)
- Preparing forecasts and analytics for monthly reports
- Automating spreadsheets and improving calculation processes
- Collaborating with the Finance and HR teams to align payments and optimize expenses
Requirements:
- Experience in financial planning or budgeting (experience in the HR domain will be an advantage)
- Proficient user of Excel and financial systems
- Hands-on experience with 1C / 1C ZUP
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. HiBob is a plus)
