Description
• Conducts regular 'Catch up calls' with team members • Handles engagement-related inquiries from team members • Manages HubSpot tickets • Conducts daily Freshteam Employee Data Audit • Prepares the HR Presentation Deck • Reviews and scrubs the timesheet every Thursday • Updates Hubstaff limits, schedules, and attendance file • Maintains a tracker for onboarding and offboarding team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree graduate (Business or HR related) • Ability to work flexible hours, including WEEKENDS • Reliable internet connection (and a backup connection) • Strong work ethic and punctuality • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills • Great attention to detail and quality assurance • Good to have: experience using WFM tools and Hubstaff, mastery in reports creation (MS Office, GSuite, VBA, Macro)
