HR Generalist - Contract Opportunity
This is a remote opportunity in King of Prussia, PA that will be 100% in office at the end of the year.

Join a dynamic team supporting a high-profile entertainment venue. You'll support the operational needs of a permanent entertainment space, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as front-line support to the on-site HR Manager.
- Ensure a consistent employee experience across the full lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain process documentation.
- Support project-based work.
Job Skills/Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge management and user-friendly documentation skills.
- Experience working independently and in teams.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision making.
