Position Details:

• Pay: $63,500/year
• Tasks:
• Independently provide human resources support and guidance.
• Be responsible for all HR functions related to designated departments.
• Reviewing documentation for legal compliance and effectiveness
• Updating and maintaining personnel files, HRIS profiles, and other relevant employee records
• Writing and maintaining job descriptions, career paths and performance metrics/policies
• Administering leaves programs in accordance with applicable federal and state employment laws
• Conducting workplace investigations surrounding claims of harassment, retaliation, and complaints
• Coaching managers who require training beyond what is outlined in internal resources
• Collaborate with peers and HR leadership on complex employment decisions
• Act as the first point of contact for benefit-related questions
• Update employee handbooks, policies, and other collateral
• Confirm all relevant documentation is received in a timely manner
• Understand the needs of various departments at Logical Position

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
