Contractor HR Generalist with Italian - WFH

Key Accountabilities:

• Candidate update/changes related to Talent/Rewards
• Administer assessment of internal and external candidates part of the recruitment process
• Data entry for candidate transactions such as Job profile, employment details, compensation etc.
• Performance review data collection and processing
• Creating performance payment reports
• Workforce planning related operational and administrative tasks
• Create offer/contract letters
• Participate in cross-functional team training
• Ensure accurate and timely processing in accordance with procedures & client requirement
• Conduct benefits audits
• Compensation Planning & Performance Management

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any Stream)
• Italian (C1) & English (B2)
• Experience in working on any Employee Benefits system
• Overall Experience 1-2 years
• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Good MS Office, Presentation and Reporting skills
