Valka.ai is seeking an organized and proactive HR Generalist/Recruiter to build and support our growing team. You’ll manage HR administration, coordinate hiring, and lead company culture initiatives.
What You'll Do:

- Be the go-to person for employee HR questions.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
- Own the recruitment lifecycle: outreach, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Find and connect with people who will help us grow.
- Foster a positive and collaborative company culture through events and activities.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven HR generalist experience (3 years, ideally in tech).
- Success in sourcing and closing technical talent in the US market.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience recruiting for a spin-off or generative AI company.
- A network within the US AI/ML community.
