GrowthDesk is seeking an HR Manager to join our team as we pursue our next phase of growth.
This is a full-time permanent role. We are looking for an experienced HR manager familiar with broad functional areas including recruiting, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting pipeline, working with CXOs to identify talent needs.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment efforts.
- Onboard and integrate new joiners, allowing talent to thrive within the organization.
- Coordinate learning, development, and training initiatives.
- Manage annual performance measurement and compensation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in HR across various functional areas.
- Experience in recruiting, talent management, and performance management.
