HR Strategy: Design and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligned with overall company goals.
Point of Contact: Act as the primary HR partner for managers and employees, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
Onboarding & Adaptation: Drive smooth onboarding and integration processes to attract and retain top talent.
Performance & Development: Manage performance reviews and support development programs, addressing department-specific needs.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, considering each department’s unique challenges.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and strengthen team dynamics.
Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction within assigned departments.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development;
- Previous experience in the gambling/gaming industry is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and processes;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships at all levels;
- Experience managing conflict and fostering a positive work environment;
- Familiarity with HR software and tools (e.g., Hibob, Asana);
- Knowledge of performance management processes and employee engagement strategies.
