Mecca is looking for a HR Project & Business Partner to lead HR initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategic projects and functional change programmes.
- Partner with senior leaders across support and operations teams.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Coach and guide leaders on employment matters.
- Support the delivery of Mecca’s People & Culture strategy.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of CSR, EDI, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in HR.
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments (retail, leisure, or hospitality).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience across core HR disciplines.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
