This role is 100% remote, handling a high volume of daily calls while providing professional, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Ideal for candidates with prior HR experience or those eager to transition into HR-focused work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer 20–30 inbound calls per day related to leave, disability, and unemployment.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries.
- Document and track case information with attention to detail.
- Multitask between systems while maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and compliant support.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high call volume.
