Role Summary: This role supports the HRBP Manager in executing the Talent Strategy for the respective BU/Function and/or country, including organization design, restructuring, workforce KPIs, hiring, headcount, location, and skills advising. Addresses regional and country-specific requirements for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable and support BU/Function leaders and people managers, specifically the Global Marketing organization, to embody ServiceNow values and People Pact.
- Support HRBP leadership in driving initiatives aligned with the Global Marketing talent strategy and priorities.
- Design and deliver HR programs and policies, functionally and regionally as needed.
- Develop and execute action plans with marketing leadership to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide HR policy, process, and program advice and coaching to employees and managers.
- Drive rhythm of business processes (Performance Management, ACRs, talent review), acting as a strategic partner for prioritized initiatives and programs.
- Support HRBP Sr. Director on organizational design/effectiveness and change management initiatives; ensure business rationale for re-orgs meets legal needs, including briefing leaders on country-specific processes and negotiating severance terms.
- Support acquired entities with onboarding/offboarding.
- Provide escalated assistance to the Global People ticketing team for complex HR inquiries.
- Act as a culture champion, regionally and functionally, driving high engagement.
- Support people managers and employees with regular check-in meetings, complex activities, and nuanced employee needs (including regulatory requirements).
- Continuously innovate and optimize processes/products for seamless service delivery, creating local or regional policies with COEs.
- Partner with employee relations to address grievances, performance issues, disputes, compliance matters.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to form trusted advisor relationships with the business.
- Strong time management and workload management skills, juggling priorities.
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes (performance management, talent reviews, compensation reviews).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in handling ambiguous situations.
- Data analysis skills to create targeted action plans.
- Understanding of cultural and geographical differences.
- Knowledge of local legislation and policy interpretation for compliance.
- Minimum 5-8 years direct client-facing HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience (US/EMEA/APAC).
- HR certification (PHR, CaPHR, CIPD) preferred.
