Implementation of New HR System
Manage the HR system implementation project within agreed timelines;Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HR, IT, finance, and external vendors;Design and automate key HR workflows within the new system (e.g., performance management, onboarding, L&D, C&B, surveys);Develop and document standardized HR processes to ensure scalability and efficiency;Continuously analyze system performance and optimize workflows for better user experience;Identify gaps and implement enhancements post-launch based on user feedback;Design and automate key HR workflows within the new system (e.g., performance management, L&D, C&B, surveys, gamification, AI chatbot);Continuously analyze system performance and optimize workflows for better user experience. Identify gaps and implement enhancements post-launch based on user feedback;Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across integrated systems.
User Support and Training
Develop user manuals, FAQs, and training materials for HR teams and employees;Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the new system;Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system updates.
Reports Configuration and Automation
Design and configure automated reports and dashboards tailored to business needs;Set up scheduling for recurring reports, ensuring timely data delivery without manual intervention;Provide insights and recommendations based on HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Experience
Experience in implementing new systems and ensuring their successful adoption;Experience in project management in the field of HR process automation;Experience working with various HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems;Ability to analyze HR processes, identify opportunities for automation, and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions;Willingness to adapt to rapid changes and implement cutting-edge technologies in the HR field;
