Full-Time Human Resource Coordinator

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs ads, assist with screening candidates, coordinate schedules, arrange interviews, assist with onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and guiding them through HR policies.
• Benefits: Assist with administering employee benefits programs.
• Training & Development: Assist in the administration and maintenance of training programs.
• Administrative Duties: Support payroll and financial data entry, prepare reports, maintain employee files.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Paylocity HRIS experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
