Human Resource Manager

At IBMC, we offer a range of services including consulting, legal support, HR and recruiting, tax, accounting, incorporation assistance, and market research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client goals
• Manage employee relations (conflict resolution, performance management)
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compensation programs
• Establish and uphold HR procedures and policies
• Organize and conduct training programs for the team
• Support creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a start-up environment
• Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
• Experienced in remote work, understanding of the digital sector
• Proficiency in HR functions (payroll, benefits, recruitment, training)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification is a plus
• Familiarity with HRIS and MS Office
