Human Resources Specialist - Contract Opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide HR services within the HR business unit, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. This role supports strategic HR objectives, aligning them with operational needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems and processes, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
2. Coordinate HR information sessions, refresher training for managers, and application of HR policies.
3. Support and manage the performance and talent management system.
4. Administer employee orientation, exit processes, and terminations.
5. Assist with recruitment, selection, and related HR administrative tasks.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with UKG Pro and Oracle (preferred)
• Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
