Full-Time Human Resources Associate

Home-based position in Mexico City.

Responsibilities:

• Supports onboarding and offboarding, including benefit vendor management, health and welfare plan administration, enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Processes documents for payroll and other providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
• Provides new hire orientation on various matters, including training.
• Supports survey data collection, analysis, conclusions, and action plans.
• Responds to HR-related queries.
• Prepares and updates employee files.
• Keeps up-to-date with employment laws and maintains employee data confidentiality.
• Supports audits and inspections.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR, administrative, or coordination roles (corporate/international).
• Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with HRIS, databases, and analytics (a plus).
• HR, administration, or relevant educational background (preferred).
• Experience in Clinical Research, Pharma, or Biotech (a plus).
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an international environment and build relationships at all levels.
