Full-Time Human Resources Business Partner

• Understand your internal clients’ business issues, identify and prioritize HR needs in order to translate them into strategies, innovative integrated solutions and concrete action plans that will facilitate the achievement of business objectives.
• Define, influence and promote employee experience, employer brand and organizational culture.
• Ensure the deployment of HR programs, solutions and key initiatives in partnership with HR centres of expertise.
• Guide and advise Managers on team effectiveness and engagement, conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Collaborate proactively with clients and play an influent advisory role on change management, talent development, succession planning and communications.
• Optimize existing practices, processes and programs and implement new ones based on industry’s best practices.
• Propose and use HR key performance indicators to confirm needs, provide observations on trends, and propose appropriate interventions.
