Full-Time Human Resources Business Partner

• Implements HR strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Supports organizational high growth.
• Identifies trends and causes of turnover.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws.
• Partners with legal counsel.
• Participates in harmonization activities and global HR projects.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition.
• Advises managers on employee relations issues.
• Oversees the onboarding/off-boarding process.
• Provides oversight for the employee relations process.
• Leads sensitive employee relations issues.
• Partners with leadership on culture/engagement initiatives.
• Collaborates with HR function on projects and initiatives.
• Identifies training needs and partners with Talent Management.
• Provides coaching, counselling, and career development.
• Organizes & plans training.
• Some travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in HR.
• Experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English languages.
• Experience with SAP or similar HRIS system.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of regional country employment regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Able to travel (around 10% of role).
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations within a decentralized or matrix style structure.
