Full-Time Human Resources Executive

• Provide timely and effective services to internal clients in various HR functions.
• Perform day-to-day HR Service Centre processing: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Lifecycle Records, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management, Employee Welfare, HR reporting.
• Ensure daily activities comply with standard procedures and legal requirements.
• Administer recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding.
• Manage HRIS administration, payroll processing, letters, and contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records across HR systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and HR records throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Strive for "zero error" in HR deliveries.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and overtime claims.
• Support HR compliance reporting and audits.
• Attend to employee requests, inquiries, and complaints.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
