Full-Time Implementation Associate

As an Implementation Experience Associate, you'll play a critical role in guiding clients through the successful adoption of our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess client HR and payroll needs to ensure optimal platform configuration.
• Lead onboarding by facilitating training, creating schedules, guiding setup, troubleshooting, and providing ongoing support.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay informed on Canadian payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships.
• Meet implementation SLAs and KPIs.
• Monitor client pipelines, identify roadblocks, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support KYC/KYB processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Proactively resolve client issues.
• Gather and share client feedback with Product.
• Ensure seamless handoff to Support and Client Success teams.

Skills Required:

• 2-3 years of SaaS implementation or project management experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on payroll experience, with knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner.

Bonus skills:

• KYC/KYB experience.
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) certification.
• Experience with Time and Attendance and Scheduling Software.
