We're building a new healthcare clearinghouse. HIPAA mandates standardized EDI (X12 HIPAA) for insurance transactions. Stedi builds an API-first clearinghouse offering modern API interfaces alongside EDI. We're aiming for a 100x increase in direct payer integrations in the next 12 months.
What we are looking for: An Implementation Engineer to join the Network Operations team, responsible for payer integrations.
Who you are:
- Experienced with REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations.
- Exceptional at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer-facing experience (technical support, implementation, onboarding, or solutions engineering).
- Possesses a systems mindset, proactively identifying and addressing integration gaps.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and a quick learner.
What you'll do:
- Lead technical integrations with payers.
- Develop and maintain the payer implementation playbook.
- Create and maintain integration documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal teams.
- Build relationships with payer stakeholders.
