About the position: As Implementation Lead, you will train and implement our Stellar platform at our largest and most complex medical groups and health systems. You will ensure a smooth onboarding process. This role is responsible for driving executive level sponsorship and engagement. Training is centered around ensuring the practice has a clear workflow plan for using Stellar. You will work with staff on workflow development and integration, adjusting your plan to meet specific practice needs, ensuring a "Stellar Workflow" and integration plan. You will oversee health system level implementation and maximize provider/user value. You will work closely with Network Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Provider Success teams.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage implementations for large medical offices, owning the entire process from signing to training and handoff, ensuring timely onboarding.
- Expand training curriculums tailored to various user groups (leaders, front office staff).
- Oversee multiple implementations concurrently, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and addressing concerns.
- Design, build, and iterate on the implementation program for large health systems, establishing scalable processes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client onboarding and success.
- Support medical groups with technical implementation setup, including account creation, provider roster organization, and access setup.
- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding and success approach.
As Implementation Lead you should have:
- 4+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on software implementation, training, or account management within the healthcare industry, preferably working with large health systems.
- Experience in value-based care.
- Proven experience in building and delivering training programs.
- Strong understanding of software implementation processes and using technical tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 with quarterly performance bonus.
