Role Summary: As an Implementation Success Partner, you will lead and manage client implementations, serving as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations and ensuring successful delivery of Qventus solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients, R&D, and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, resolve challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-Day Client Management: Oversee daily operations at assigned clients, including project management meetings and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Collaboration with Client Teams: Set agendas, facilitate feedback sessions, and serve as the point of contact for escalations.
- Implementation Execution: Guide clients through the entire implementation journey, from assessment and future-state design to go-live support.
- Feedback & Resolution: Gather client feedback, identify issues, and collaborate with R&D to resolve problems.
- Documentation & Standardization: Develop and maintain standardized documentation and training materials.
- Messaging & Communication: Collaborate to refine messaging, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Point of Contact for Support: Serve as the primary escalation point and support contact for clients.
- Value Creation & ROI Validation: Define and measure value-creation initiatives and validate ROI metrics.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver tailored training sessions and provide ongoing support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and other internal teams.
- Operational Oversight: Align go-live schedules to avoid resource bottlenecks and ensure seamless rollouts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong experience in day-to-day client operations, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to resolve escalations, manage competing priorities, and communicate professionally.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows.
- Collaborative and detail-oriented mindset.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with perioperative workflows or perioperative implementation projects.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or machine-learning solutions in healthcare.
- Background in change management, consulting, or organizational transformation.
- Technical expertise in configuring enterprise software solutions.
