Job Summary:
SmithRx is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team, supporting core Implementation functions and ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. You will support the Implementation Team Members during the overall implementation plan and project phase.

SmithRx is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to join the Customer Success team, supporting core Implementation functions and ensuring the high quality of the SmithRx product. You will support the Implementation Team Members during the overall implementation plan and project phase.
What you will do:
- Be the main point of contact for TPA (an external client) for new group implementations.
- Gather TPA requirements: points of contact, due dates, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files, etc.
- Document all requirements in standard project templates and tools.
- Assist Implementation Manager and Analysts with project tasks.
- Maintain a detailed project plan and open items log.
- Manage day-to-day coordination and task management for Implementation Managers/Specialists.
- Conduct administrative tasks for data entry of new group implementations.
- Build client profiles using CRM tools.
- Act as a liaison between internal contracting and invoicing teams and the Implementation Team.
- Provide go-live support.
- Participate in post go-live discussions and internal/external client meetings.
- Organize high-volume tasks, meet deadlines, and provide attention to detail.
- Be a self-starter and take initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Corporate experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platform/apps.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong team orientation and desire to succeed.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
