Job Description: Remote 1099 Full desk Recruiter- Paid per hire
Company: Fox Staffing Network
Location: Remote
Compensation: Commission Only – Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped – average fee: $15K–$25K)
Overview:
Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work.
You’ll work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles
- Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement
- Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements

What You Need:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, & business development.
